Congratulations to all my kindergartners

for the wonderful job you’ve done this year.

I’m proud of each and every one of you.

Have a great summer!

To my incoming students welcome to kindergarten. I look forward to seeing you in September. I hope you have a great summer. While you are enjoying your summer days don’t forget that learning continues. Have your children practice their letters, counting of numbers to 20, colors and color words. Go to the library, sign your child up for a library card and check out some good books. When your child practices writing their name please make sure only the first letter is uppercase and all the rest are lowercase. Read a story a day with your child. Let them explore, play and have fun.

I have created a calendar of activities to help prepare your child for a positive school experience.  This calendar is easy to use. help your child complete the daily activities and check them off. Don't worry if your child is not yet able to do every activity - the important thing is to spend time preparing for school together.

Kinders are only kinders for a small time

To help them to grow

Water them all the while

With love, hugs, fun and a daily smile.

May God fill your summer with love and happy times!

Sincerely, Mrs. Kim Marion
