Emergency Information
In the event of a school closing (weather-related issues) the Honeywell Instant Alert System will be utilized. Contact will be made on the communicators that you indicated on your personal page.
In the event that Honeywell experiences a problem, there are three other ways to receive communication. The school closing will be reported on Channel 12, and will be on the home page of our website. In addition, if you call the school (973) 838-0854, and then dial 0 you will receive a message advising you that the school is closed. These are the ways to keep informed if there is a weather emergency.
The Honeywell System will also be utilized for important announcements, reminders, and schedules.
St. Anthony's school practices drills for safety at least twice per month. These include fire drills, evacuation drills and lockdown drills.
In addition, Nurse Helene Donargo is the nurse personnel who has been assigned to our school. If there is a medical emergency, Nurse Helene will call the parent to arrange for pick-up if necessary.
